My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities, providing a very comfortable experience. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and genuine staff always ready to help. The location, in a lovely neighborhood with access to shopping and dining options, was a highlight. The dining experience was delightful, offering delicious meals in a conference side setting.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at the hotel. The rooms need a bit of a refresh as they look a bit outdated, but on the flip side, they are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi, sauna, living room, and the fantastic balcony overlooking Olivar Park truly stood out. The service, especially from Roberto, was top-notch from the moment I arrived until I left. The location is quiet and lovely, right in front of Olive tree park. The dining options were varied with healthy choices and a waffle station, although breakfast could be a bit inconsistent. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor areas to improve.
